Privacy, in plain language.

You can study every lesson without enabling analytics or creating an account.

Your learning stays in this browser

Completion, bookmarks, exercise checks, and notes are stored in your browser’s local storage. Your stored notebook and progress data are not uploaded. If you opt in to analytics, a limited lesson-completion event may be sent as described below. Clearing browser data removes them. The notebook’s export feature creates a file you control; importing that file restores data in this browser.

Optional Google Analytics

If you choose “Allow analytics,” Google Analytics 4 receives basic page visits and limited course interaction events, such as completing a lesson or downloading the practice kit. Events contain a lesson identifier or asset name, never your notes, search terms, or backup contents. Google may process technical information such as device characteristics and network information. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in the site’s tag configuration.

The Google tag is not loaded before you opt in. Choosing “Decline” keeps it off. Your choice is stored locally for up to six months. Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer to change it at any time. Withdrawal stops new collection and removes this site’s analytics cookies; it does not erase data already processed by Google.

Hosting and essential delivery

The website is hosted on the publisher’s QNAP system and delivered through Cloudflare for HTTPS, caching, and protection. These services necessarily process requests and network information to serve the site. All lesson assets and practice downloads are hosted with the site. Optional analytics uses Google’s servers only after consent.

No account, sale, or advertising profile

This site has no learner account system, payment checkout, advertising trackers, or data-sale feature. A browser backup is the way to move your progress to another device or address. This notice describes the current implementation and was updated on 9 October 2026.
